Our Story
Magic Mop Cleaning and Gardening Services was founded in 2016 by Mariana Wepener who originates from South Africa. While working in the governmental health industry for over 25 years Mariana understood the importance of a clean and hygienic environment and made it her duty to implement stricter cleaning routines and techniques. After her service in the health industry she firmly planted her roots in the breathtaking Swakopmund area. She discovered a great need for cleaning and gardening services in the area and established Magic Mop. Being a parent herself she understands the difficulties in trying to keep a finger on all the aspects of the home hence providing her services to the busy mother, businessman and holiday maker. In doing so she has created many job opportunities for locals within the area.

"For years I struggled with my garden services. I increased the wages of the people working for me hoping for a better service, but with no luck. I queried at various garden services but they were too over priced. I happened to stumble across Magic Mop Cleaning & Gardening Services and requested a quotation. I received a response the same day and made arrangements for a service the following day. The rates were highly affordable. I was expecting a basic service of 3 hours however I received a full days service. My garden was cleaned and flourishing like never before. I can confidently recommend Magic Mop Cleaning & Gardening Services to anyone."
